摘  要:在陇东页岩油的开发过程中,井筒返出大量的垢块,严重影响生产。本次研究通过电镜能谱、薄片鉴定、XRD衍射以及化学分析手段对陇东长7页岩油垢样进行组分和微观特征和结垢机理进行分析,结果表明:页岩油结垢主要成分以钙垢、铁垢、钡垢、硅质垢为主。微观上显示以块状、砂质结构和纹层结构为主,其中以砂质核结构居多,这是由于体积压裂过程中大量压裂砂注入导致,同时大量的压裂液注入引发了压裂液与地层水不配伍,造成硫酸钡和碳酸盐垢,而前置液的注入与岩石矿物发生反应释放出大量铁,与压裂液体系中的碳酸根结合生成碳酸亚铁垢。During the development process of in shale oil Longdong,a large amount of scale blocks appear,seriously affecting production.This study employed electron microscopy energy spectrum,thin section identification,XRD diffraction,and chemical analysis.The results showed that the main components of shale oil scale were calcium scale,iron scale,barium scale,and siliceous scale.The microstructure was mainly divided into block,sandy,and layered structures,with sandy core structures being the most common.This was due to the injection of a large amount of fracturing sand during the volume fracturing process.At the same time,the injection of a large amount of fracturing fluid caused the incompatibility between the fracturing fluid and formation water,resulting in barium sulfate and carbonate scale.At the same time,the injection of pre fluid reacted with rock minerals to release a large amount of iron,combined with carbonate ions in the fracturing fluid system to form ferrous carbonate scale.
