摘 要:基于计算流体力学方法,采用单向流固耦合计算方法对升降式止回阀开展计算分析,获得阀门在不同开度下流动状态、结构变形、应力分布等特性,为升降式止回阀的设计制造提供了设计优化分析基础。根据计算结果可知,阀门流通不畅、压力泄放受阻等现象极大地影响流体介质对阀门的冲击和变形,阀门的阀体出口段上部位置、阀座凸台位置、阀瓣右下角接近出口流道位置和阀瓣上部杆状位置属于大变形、高应力区域,在阀门设计制造中应予以关注。Based on the computational fluid dynamics method,the one-way fluid-solid coupling calculation method is used to calculate and analyze the lift check valve,and the flow state,structural deformation,stress distribution and other characteristics of the valve at different openings are obtained,which provides a design optimization analysis basis for the design and manufacture of the lift check valve.According to the calculation results,it can be seen that the poor flow of the valve and the obstruction of pressure relief greatly affect the impact and deformation of the fluid medium on the valve.The upper position of the valve body outlet section,the position of the valve seat boss,the lower right corner of the valve disc close to the outlet flow channel position and the upper rod position of the valve disc belong to the large deformation and high stress area,which should be paid attention to in the design and manufacture of the valve.
