摘  要:蒸汽阀门泄漏会导致能源浪费,还可能对周围的设备和精密仪表造成损害,进而导致人员烫伤,甚至威胁生命安全。多维特征蒸汽管道阀门泄漏状态监测系统以声学监测网络和红外热成像热力学监测网络为核心,融合声信息检测技术、阀门温度传感技术以及人工智能技术功能、物联网技术以及高性能计算技术,通过捕捉阀门内漏所导致的超声波信号,精准识别阀门处带压气体泄漏所产生的微妙声压变化。经检验,本系统可以迅速准确地完成泄漏状态监测。Steam valve leakage can lead to wasted energy,but also can cause damage to the surrounding equipment and precision instruments,resulting in burns,and even life-threatening safety.The multi-dimensional characteristic steam pipeline valve leakage state monitoring system is based on acoustic monitoring network and infrared thermal imaging thermodynamic monitoring network as the core,and integrates acoustic information detection technology,valve temperature sensing technology,artificial intelligence technology,Internet of things technology and high-performance computing technology to capture ultrasonic signals caused by internal leakage of the valve.This enables accurate identification of subtle sound pressure changes resulting from pressurized gas leaks at the valve.The test shows that the system can quickly and accurately monitor the leakage state.
