摘 要:核反应堆电动阀门运行工况复杂多变,随着累积动作次数增加,其性能不可避免地发生退化。为掌握电动阀门性能退化演变规律,进一步实现其退化状态评估,拟基于高斯混合模型开展研究。首先,对已故障阀门的历史数据提取多域特征指标,通过高斯混合模型和瑞丽散度构建健康指标,并将故障前一次动作的健康指标值作为故障阈值;随后,对未故障的电动阀门重复前述过程,获得其当前的健康指标值,通过与故障阈值进行对比实现阀门当前退化状态评估。结果表明,本文构建的健康指标可用于电动阀门退化状态评估,且能实现一定动作次数的退化趋势预测。The operation conditions of electric valves in nuclear reactors are complex and changeable.The performance of electric valves will degrade with the increase in cumulative opening and closing times.To master the evolution law of electric valve performance degradation and further realize its degradation state evaluation,the Gaussian mixture model is used in the study.Firstly,the multi-domain features are extracted from the historical data of the faulty valve,and the Gaussian mixture model and Jensen-Renyi divergence construct the health index,the health index value before the electric valves failed is regarded as a threshold;then,repeating the above process to obtain the health index of the electric valves that are operated,and compare with the failure threshold,achieve the degraded state assessment.The final results show that the proposed health index can be used to character the degraded state of electric valves and predict the degradation trend of certain opening and closing times.
