摘 要:氢能作为清洁的二次能源,受到了世界各国的青睐,液氢也因其能量密度高的特点得到广泛研究。作为液氢系统使用的阀门,其设计、制造必须满足特殊要求。本文介绍了两种适用于深冷介质(如液氢、液氦等深低温介质)的管道内置式气动截止阀,一种适用于直管道,另一种适用于管道转弯位置。两种截止阀在满足输运目的的前提下,均具有极低漏热的优点,在深冷介质输运方面具有极大优势,为当下如火如荼发展的氢能产业中的液氢输运提供有力支持。As a clean secondary energy,hydrogen energy has been favored by all countries in the world.Liquid hydrogen has also been widely studied because of its high energy density.As a valve used in liquid hydrogen system,its design and manufacture must meet special requirements.This paper introduces two kinds of pipeline built-in pneumatic shut-off valves suitable for cryogenic media(such as liquid hydrogen,liquid helium and other cryogenic media).One is suitable for straight pipelines,and the other is suitable for pipeline turning positions.On the premise of meeting the purpose of transport,the two kinds of cut-off valves have the advantages of very low heat leakage,and have great advantages in cryogenic medium transport,which provides strong support for the liquid hydrogen transport in the developing hydrogen energy industry.
