摘  要:基于国内外水电站行业,分析常用的大口径双密封进水蝶阀的检修密封副和锁定装置的几种典型结构和工作原理,针对目前市场上常见的金属检修密封副和轴向及径向锁定装置的结构形式进行了深入研究,总结出进水蝶阀检修密封副和锁定装置不同结构的优缺点,并针对检修密封的驱动介质和锁定装置的驱动、控制方式等方面存在的问题提出了相应的改进建议;改进后的结构自动化程度高、操作更简单可靠,具有较好的实用价值和推广性。Based on the hydropower station industry at home and abroad,several typical structures and working principles of the overhaul seal pair and locking device of the commonly used large-diameter double-sealed inlet butterfly valve are analyzed.The structural forms of the metal overhaul seal pair and the axial and radial locking devices commonly used in the current market are studied in depth.The advantages and disadvantages of different structures of the overhaul seal pair and locking device of the inlet butterfly valve are summarized,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the driving medium of the overhaul seal and the driving and control modes of the locking device.The improved structure has high degree of automation,simple and reliable operation,and has good practical value and popularization.
