摘 要:在工业领域中,排气阀发挥着至关重要的作用,其性能和质量更是备受关注。为了满足行业需求,优化排气阀的产品设计和制造成为工作的关键,不仅可以大幅提高产品质量,还能推动企业乃至整个行业的发展。企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中崭露头角并为行业做出贡献,就必须不断改进创新,优化产品设计和制造方案,提升设计和生产水平。本文以排气阀为核心,详细阐述了其结构特点、工作原理和性能优势,通过对排气阀进行模拟计算和实践验证,成功开发符合GB/T 36523-2018标准的产品。In the industrial field,the exhaust valve plays a vital role,and its performance and quality are of great concern.In order to meet the needs of the industry,optimizing the product design and manufacturing of exhaust valves has become the key to the work.It can not only greatly improve the quality of products,but also promote the development of enterprises and even the whole industry.If enterprises want to emerge in the fierce market competition and contribute to the industry,they must constantly improve innovation,optimize product design and manufacturing programs,and improve design and production levels.In this paper,the exhaust valve is taken as the core,and its structural characteristics,working principle and performance advantages are elaborated in detail.Through the simulation calculation and practical verification of the exhaust valve,the products that meet the GB/T 36523-2018 standard are successfully developed.
