摘　　要：特氟龙自封枪以其自动封闭功能在加油领域内得到广泛应用。该枪通过其独特的结构设计,在加油过程中产生负压,实现快速自封,关键部件如自控杆和钢球在此过程中发挥着重要作用。在材料方面,枪体采用高强度铝合金以确保其稳定性与耐用性;在性能方面,该枪可在0.3s内完成自封动作,具有不同流量档位以适应不同加油需求。据实际应用显示,特氟龙自封枪提高了加油站工作效率,增强了客户安全感,并降低了故障率。针对使用中可能出现的问题,本文提出了对应的解决方案,确保设备正常高效运作。The PTFE self sealing gun is widely used in the field of refueling because of its automatic sealing function.The gun,through its unique structural design,generates a negative pressure during the fueling process,achieving rapid self-sealing.Key components such as automatic control rods and steel balls play an important role in this process.In terms of materials,the gun body adopts high-strength aluminum alloy to ensure its stability and durability;in terms of performance,the gun can complete the self-sealing action within 0.3 s,and has different flow gears to meet different refueling requirements.According to the practical application,the Teflon self-sealing gun improves the working efficiency of the gas station,enhances the customer s sense of security,and reduces the failure rate.In view of the problems that may arise in use,this paper proposes corresponding solutions to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the equipment.
