复方磺胺甲恶唑联合布地奈德对儿童百日咳综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究复方磺胺甲恶唑联合布地奈德对儿童百日咳综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年4月收治的60例百日咳综合征患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组(n=30),分别在布地奈德1 mL雾化吸入治疗基础上联合红霉素20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)静脉注射或者复方磺胺甲恶唑20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)口服治疗。治疗7 d后评价临床疗效,观察治疗期间患者临床症状变化时间,治疗前及7 d后采用肺功能测定仪测定肺功能指标、采用酶联免疫法测定炎症指标、采用免疫比浊法测定免疫功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各症状缓解时间、白介素(Interleukin,IL)-6、IL-17、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),各项肺功能指标及免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于布地奈德联合复方磺胺甲恶唑片治疗百日咳综合征患儿,可有效增强其肺功能与免疫功能,缓解机体炎症反应,其疗效优于红霉素。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound sulfamethoxazole combined with budesonide in treating pertussis syndrome in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with pertussis syndrome admitted from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(n=30)according to a random number table method.They were treated with budesonide 1 mL nebulized inhalation therapy combined with erythromycin 20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)intravenous injection or compound sulfamethoxazole 20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)oral administration.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 7 days of treatment,and the time of changes in clinical symptoms during the treatment period was observed.Pulmonary function indicators were measured using a pulmonary function tester before and after treatment,and inflammatory indicators were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Immune function indicators were measured using immunoturbidimetry.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed a shorter symptom relief time,lower levels of Interleukin(IL)-6,IL-17,and C-reactive protein(CRP)compared to the control group(P<0.05),while all pulmonary function indicators and levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of children with pertussis syndrome based on budesonide combined with compound sulfamethoxazole tablets can effectively enhance their lung function and immune function,alleviate the body's inflammatory response,and its efficacy is superior to that of erythromycin.
