腰椎间盘突出症患者经消髓化核汤联合调理任督法推拿法治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消髓化核汤联合调理任督法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月期间于本院诊治的96例LDH患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用消髓化核汤治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合调理任督法推拿治疗。分析比较两组的临床疗效、腰椎功能、腰椎活动度、血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度)及治疗不良反应。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry dysfunction index,ODI)评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分均明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的屈曲度、伸展度、侧屈度各项腰椎活动度均比治疗前明显提升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度各项血液流变学指标均比治疗前明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:消髓化核汤联合调理任督法推拿治疗LDH患者,能提升临床疗效,促进患者的腰椎功能恢复,提高腰椎活动度,改善血液流变学,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaosui Huahe Tang combined with Ren Du method massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 96 LDH patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaosui Huahe Tang.The observation group received Ren Du method massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function,lumbar mobility,hemorheological indexes(whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity)and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores of both groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The flexion,extension,and lateral flexion of the lumbar spine in both groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,and whole blood low shear viscosity of both groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiaosui Huahe Tang and Ren Du method massage therapy can improve clinical efficacy,promote the recovery of lumbar spine function,increase lumbar spine mobility,improve hemorheology,and has high safety in the treatment of LDH patients.
