寻常性痤疮患者经异维A酸胶丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析异维A酸胶丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年10月期间本院收治的寻常性痤疮患者60例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用异维A酸胶丸治疗;观察组在对照组基础上采用贝复新凝胶治疗。分析比较两组的临床疗效、痤疮症状积分、血清炎性因子水平[白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]和不良反应。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1m、2m和3m后的痤疮症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:异维A酸胶丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮,能提高治疗效果,降低机体血清炎性因子水平,改善痤疮症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of isotretinoin capsules combined with Befusine gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:60 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules.Observation group was treated with Befusine gel on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,acne symptom score,serum inflammatory factor levels interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The acne symptom scores of the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Isotretinoin capsule combined with Befusine gel can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the symptoms of acne vulgaris,with high safety.
