从脾胃为枢探讨厥阴病篇乌梅丸在肺系疾病的运用

摘　　要：厥阴病的病机为脾胃气机失调,风木之升及相火之降无以助,水火不得相济,阴阳之气不接,寒热格拒为病。在肺系疾病中常出现阴阳失和、寒热错杂、虚实相兼、气机升降失常的病机特点,临证治疗注重调理脾胃,上清燥热而下温寒湿,法以升清阳,泻阴火为原则,恢复中焦脾胃升降功能为关键,方选厥阴主方乌梅丸加减治疗。通过对厥阴病篇条文、乌梅丸应用特点及脾胃气机升降规律的分析,认为厥阴病当从脾胃为枢论治,运用厥阴病主方乌梅丸加减治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征、感染后咳嗽等,效果显著,进一步拓宽了乌梅丸的应用范围。治疗附验案2则以佐证。The pathogenesis of Jueyin disease is imbalance of spleen and stomach qi,which cannot be helped by the rise of wind and wood and the fall of fire,water and fire cannot help each other,the Qi of yin and yang are not connected,and the cold and heat are rejected as the disease.In pulmonary diseases,the pathogenesis characteristics of disharmony of yin and yang,mixture of cold and heat,combination of deficiency and excess,and abnormal rise and fall of qi are often seen.Clinical treatment focuses on regulating the spleen and stomach,clearing and drying the upper part of the body and warming the cold and dampness of the lower part,in order to increase the clear yang and purge the yin.Fire is the principle,and the key is to restore the ascending and descending functions of the spleen and stomach in the middle burner.The main prescription of Jueyin is Wumei Pills,which is modified and subtracted for treatment.Through the analysis of the articles on Jueyin disease,the application characteristics of Wumei Pills and the rules of the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi,it is believed that Jueyin disease should be treated from the spleen and stomach as the pivot,and the main prescription of Jueyin disease,Wumei Pills,can be used to treat allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome.Symptoms,cough after infection,etc.,the effect is remarkable,further broadening the application scope of Wumei Pills.The treatment is attached with case 2 as evidence.
