摘　　要：慢性湿疹是临床常见病,病情迁延难愈、易反复发作,严重影响患者的身心健康。李应存教授从“肝体阴而用阳”理论出发,认为慢性湿疹的核心病因为肝体用失调,肝体藏血属阴,阴血不足则不荣养肌肤;肝以气为用,肝疏泄功能失调则气血不畅,瘀阻肌肤。李教授基于此理论结合敦煌方药提出敦煌调肝法,运用酸、甘味药以补肝体之阴血,运用辛、苦味药以调节肝用阳功能,临床用药灵活加减,疗效确切。文章介绍李教授从“肝体阴而用阳”治疗慢性湿疹的经验和典型案例,为临床运用敦煌理法方药治疗慢性湿疹提供参考。Chronic eczema is a common clinical disease.The disease is difficult to cure and prone to recurrence,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Starting from the theory of“Liver is Yin in nature and Yang in function”,Professor LI Yingcun believes that the core cause of chronic eczema is liver dysfunction.The liver stores blood and belongs to Yin.If Yin and blood are insufficient,the skin cannot be nourished.The liver uses Qi.If the liver’s function of dispersing and discharging is disordered,Qi and blood will not flow smoothly and the skin will be blocked.Based on this theory and Dunhuang prescriptions,Professor Li proposed the Dunhuang liver regulation method,using sour and sweet drugs to replenish the Yin and blood of the liver,and using pungent and bitter drugs to regulate the liver’s function of using Yang.The clinical medication is flexible and effective.This article introduces Professor Li’s experience and typical cases in treating chronic eczema from the perspective of“Liver is Yin in nature and Yang in function”,providing a reference for the clinical application of Dunhuang theory,method and prescriptions to treat chronic eczema.
