摘 要:高血压病在中医学中可属“眩晕”“头痛”“风眩”“脉胀”等病证范畴,治疗当脏腑辨证与络病辨证相结合,灵活辨证论治,药简力专以达疗效为原则,如配伍柴胡、黄芩、桂枝疏肝理气通络;以川芎、当归辛温通络;以天麻、钩藤清热息风,调肝通络;以三棱、莪术破血通络,更甚者以水蛭、地龙搜剔通络;以黄芪、当归补虚通络;以半夏、茯苓、陈皮以健脾化痰通络。为从络病理论治疗高血压病提供理论依据,以期指导诊断及用药。In traditional Chinese medicine,hypertension can be classified as“vertigo”,“headache”,“wind vertigo”,“pulse swelling”and other diseases.Treatment should be combined with organ differentiation and collateral differentiation,and flexible differentiation and treatment should be used.The principle is to use simple and effective medicines to achieve the desired effect.For example,bupleurum,scutellaria,and cinnamon twigs can soothe the liver,regulate Qi and dredge the collaterals;chuanxiong and angelica can warm the collaterals;Gastrodia elata and Uncaria rhynchophylla can clear away heat and calm wind,regulate the liver and dredge the collaterals;Trigonosciadium japonicum and Curcuma zedoaria can break blood and dredge the collaterals,and even worse,leeches and earthworms can be used to search and dredge the collaterals;astragalus and angelica can replenish deficiency and dredge the collaterals;pinellia,poria,and tangerine peel can strengthen the spleen,resolve phlegm and dredge the collaterals.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertension from the theory of collateral diseases,in order to guide diagnosis and medication.
