盾构区间近距离下穿雨污水箱涵及管线保护措施研究

摘  要:针对盾构近距离下穿雨水箱涵及大管径雨污水管线施工风险,建立三维数值模型,对比研究了地层加固前后盾构下穿雨污水箱涵及管线引起的既有结构变形特征,并根据现场应用情况研究了基于紫外光原位固化的管线内衬加固修复技术,结果表明:(1)盾构围岩加固前后的地层位移分布规律相似,加固后地层沉降比未加固地层降低约30%;(2)盾构围岩加固后的位移浮动变化次数减少,但是浮动程度变大,最终的沉降值减小;(3)采取紫外光原位固化内衬修复加固管线措施,可以加强既有管线的抗扰动变形能力。In view of the construction risks of shield tunneling through rain water tank culverts and largediameter rain and sewage pipelines,a three-dimensional numerical model was established,and the existing structural deformation characteristics caused by backstop tunneling through rain and sewage tank culverts and pipelines before formation reinforcement were compared and studied.According to the field application,the reinforcement and repair technology of pipeline lining based on in-situ ultraviolet curing was studied.The results showed that:(1)The strata displacement distribution is similar before and after the shield wall rock reinforcement,and the strata settlement after reinforcement is about 30%lower than that of the unreinforced strata;(2)After the reinforcement of the surrounding rock of the shield,the number of displacement floating changes decreases,but the floating degree increases,and the final settlement value decreases;(3)The anti-disturbance deformation ability of the existing pipeline can be strengthened by taking measures to repair and strengthen the pipeline with ultraviolet in-situ curing lining.
