摘　　要：数字化、智能化赋能传统建筑行业,工程建造全产业链需求新型建造人才。新工科建设也为高校工程类专业人才培养带来了机遇与挑战。梳理智能建造专业的布点情况;以北方某高校智能建造专业为例,介绍专业建设模式、人才培养目标、课程体系架构;提出智能建造专业建设亟待解决的问题。为普通本科高校智能建造专业申办和建设提供参考。Digitization and intelligence empower the traditional construction industry,and the entire industry chain of engineering construction requires new construction talents.The construction of new engineering disciplines also brings opportunities and challenges to the training of engineering professionals in universities.This paper reviews the distribution of intelligent construction specialty;taking a certain university in the north as an example,it introduces the specialty construction mode,determination of talent training objectives,and curriculum system architecture;and puts forward the urgent issues that need to be addressed in the construction of the intelligent construction specialty.It provides reference for the application and construction of intelligent construction specialty in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.
