摘 要:加氢站是氢能大规模应用的重要基础设施,保障加氢站承压设备安全对于加氢站运行以及氢能安全利用至关重要。首先对加氢站典型承压设备的损伤机理进行了归纳和分析,然后对定期检验中的主要检测方法进行了讨论,重点对检测新技术进行了分析,最后对典型承压设备监测技术进行了分析和展望,可为加氢站典型承压设备检测和监测的安全保障模式提供思路。Hydrogen refueling stations are important infrastructure for the large-scale application of hydrogen energy,and ensuring the safety of pressure equipment in hydrogen refueling stations is crucial for the operation of hydrogen refueling stations and the safe utilization of hydrogen energy.Firstly,the damage mechanism of typical pressure equipment in hydrogen refueling stations was summarized and analyzed.Then,the main detection methods in regular inspections were discussed,with a focus on analyzing new detection technologies.Finally,the monitoring technology of typical pressure equipment was analyzed and forecasted,which can provide ideas for the safety guarantee mode of testing and monitoring of typical pressure equipment in hydrogen refueling stations.
