摘  要:15CrMoR为低合金高强度铬钼钢,由于其合金元素的特性,这种钢容易产生脆化和裂纹,焊缝金属和焊接接头中的裂纹是影响15CrMoR钢制压力容器正常运行的主要因素。从加工工艺角度出发,对原材料的化学成分控制、焊接坡口制备、焊接方法、焊前预热温度和焊后热处理参数等方面进行了研究,从而确保15CrMoR钢制压力容器焊后不产生裂纹,总结出了15CrMoR钢制压力容器的一般加工工艺。15CrMoR is a low-alloy high-strength chromium molybdenum steel,which is prone to embrittlement and cracking due to the characteristics of its alloying elements.During the welding process,cracks in the weld metal and welded joints are the main factors affecting the safe operation of 15CrMoR steel pressure vessels.From the perspective of processing technology,research has been conducted on the chemical composition control of raw materials,preparation of welding grooves,welding methods,preheating temperature before welding,and post weld heat treatment parameters to ensure that 15CrMoR steel pressure vessels do not produce cracks after welding.The general processing technology for 15CrMoR steel pressure vessels has been summarized.
