摘　　要：地质野外实习是地理科学类专业学生开展实践活动、提升综合素养、提高能力水平的重要途径.传统地质野外实习具有实习基地特色明显、内容明确、路线典型等优势,但在应用大地质理念、体现不同专业侧重点、过程管理和考核评价等方面存在一些问题.为了更好地发挥地质野外实习在人才培养中的作用,地理科学类专业地质野外实习改革创新应从完善实习基地类型、更新理念改革实习内容、完善考核评价标准、探索应用虚拟实习系统等方面着手,不断提升学生地质野外工作技能和综合实践能力,为地理科学类人才培养提供理论参考和应用指导.Geological field practice is an important way for students majoring in geography to carry out practical activities,enhance their comprehensive literacy and improve their ability level.Traditional geological field practice have the advantages of obvious characteristics of practice bases,clear content and typical routes.However,there are some problems in applying the concept of big geology,reflecting the focuses of different majors,process management and assessment standards.In order to better play the role of geological field practice in talent cultivation,the reform and innovation of geological field practice in geographical science majors should start from improving the types of practice bases,updating the content of conceptual reforms,reforming and improving assessment and evaluation standards,exploring the application of virtual practice systems,etc.,and continuously enhancing the students'geological field work skills and comprehensive practical abilities,providing theoretical references and application guidance for the cultivation of geographical science talents.
