摘 要:9假设检验利用相应假设检验工具对关键因子X2、X5和X7进行分析和验证。从而确定这些关键因子是否为真正的影响因子,并对改善结果进行跟踪,不断改进,最终达到降低压缩空气系统电能消耗的目的。In the past ten years,with the rapid development of the company and the continuous expansion of the scale,in order to meet the needs of the market,while transforming the original paper machine,a number of new paper machine production lines have also mushroomed through the demonstration and been effectively implemented,completed and put into operation,the production capacity has been fully released,and the market share of the product has been greatly increased.In order to further reduce production costs and improve the existing compressed air system,such as insufficient gas supply,unstable pressure fluctuations,and poor gas supply quality,the company organized the application of 6σ(Six Sigma)theory and Minitab software to the existing compressed air system for energy saving.
