积极老龄化视域下我国老年人力资本研究综述——基于Cooc知识图谱分析

摘　　要：我国老年人力资本对于发展银发经济和实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略具有重要意义。运用Cooc软件对1986—2023年628篇高质量文献进行可视化分析,发现老年人力资本研究正在从初期的数量增长阶段逐步向质量提升阶段过渡,总体呈波浪式上升趋势,然而,作者之间和机构之间合作度仍较低。主要经历了从萌芽阶段向探索阶段再向不断发展阶段的演进趋势。研究热点主要聚焦在老年人力资本构成、社会发展、老年人力资本开发、老年人再就业四个方面。最后,结合时代发展需要,从研究主体、研究内容和研究方向上对老年人力资本研究提出建议,以期为解决我国老年人力资本问题提供智力支持。The human capital of the elderly in China is of great significance for the development of the silver economy and the implementation of the active aging strategy.Using Co-occurrence(Cooc)software to conduct a visual analysis of 628 high-quality publications from 1986 to 2023,it is found that research on elderly human capital is gradually transitioning from the initial phase of quantitative growth to a phase of qualitative improvement,showing an overall wavelike upward trend.However,collaboration among authors and institutions still remains relatively low.The research has mainly evolved from the nascent stage,through an exploratory stage,to a stage of continuous development.The main research hotspots focus on four areas:the composition of elderly human capital,social development,the development of elderly human capital,and reemployment of the elderly.Finally,suggestions are made regarding research subjects,content,and directions to address the needs of the times,aiming to provide intellectual support for resolving issues related to elderly human capital in China.
