摘 要:在软土条件下,基坑支护结构及建筑侧墙的稳定性对于地下建筑功能性的影响和地下设施的使用至关重要。随着城市化进程的加快,地下空间的开发利用日益增多,对建筑功能性的要求也逐渐多样复合化。本研究旨在探讨软土条件下地铁建筑综合体建筑功能针对基坑变形的应对策略,从软土条件下基坑变形的影响因素入手,分析了基坑变形对建筑功能的影响,并提出了相应的应对策略,以期为类似工程提供参考和指导。In soft soil conditions,the stability of foundation pit support structure and building side wall is very important for the underground building functionality and the use of underground facilities.With the acceleration of urbanization process,the development and utilization of underground space are increasing,and the requirements for building functionality are gradually diversified and complex.This study aims to explore the coping strategies of metro building complex building function for foundation pit deformation in soft soil conditions,and to analyze the influence of foundation pit deformation on building function based on the influencing factors of foundation pit deformation in soft soil conditions,and proposes corresponding coping strategies,so as to provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
