摘 要:以模拟废水为处理对象构建了实验室规模的3组上流式反应器,试验结果表明,短程硝化反应器运行性能波动较大,平均NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率(ARE)为58.2%±19.0%;短程硝化反硝化系统ARE为41.4%±12.2%,TN去除率为85.6%±5.4%,几乎无NO_(2)^(-)-N积累。短程反硝化反应器运行性能较好,其NO_(2)^(-)-N去除率高达99.7%±0.5%。Proteobacteria门细菌在短程硝化污泥和短程反硝化污泥中具有最大相对丰度(RA)值,分别为42.91%和64.23%,短程硝化反硝化污泥中优势门为Firmicutes(44.48%)和Proteobacteria(30.28%)。在属水平下,短程硝化污泥中优势属为Nitrospira(9.30%)和Nitrosomonas(5.41%),短程反硝化污泥优势属为Trichococcus(24.94%)、Desulfomicrobium(10.76%)和Macellibacteroides(5.83%),短程硝化反硝化污泥优势属为Trichococcus(20.96%)、Desulfomicrobium(16.72%)和Aeromonas(5.38%)。Three laboratory-scale upflow reactors were constructed treating synthetic wastewater,experimental results showed that the operation performance of short-cut nitrification reactor fluctuated greatly with an average NH_(4)^(+)-N removal efficiency(ARE)of 58.2%±19.0%.The ARE of shortcut nitrification and denitrification system was 41.4%±12.2% with the total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency of 85.6%±5.4%.Nearly no NO_(2)^(-)-N accumulation was observed.Short-cut denitrification reactor had good operation performance with NO_(2)^(-)-N removal efficiency of 99.7%±0.5%.Bacteria belonged to Proteobacteria phylum had the maximum relative abundance(RA)of 42.91% and 64.23% in short-cut nitrification sludge and short-cut denitrification sludge,respectively.In short-cut nitrification and denitrification sludge,Firmicutes(44.48%)and Proteobacteria(30.28%)were the dominant phyla.At genus level,the dominant genera in short-cut nitrification sludge were Nitrospira(9.30%)and Nitrosomonas(5.41%).The dominant genera of short-cut denitrification sludge were Trichococcus(24.94%),Desulfomicrobium(10.76%)and Macellibacteroides(5.83%).The dominant genera of short-cut nitrification and denitrification sludge were Trichococcus(20.96%),Desulfomicrobium(16.72%)and Aeromonas(5.38%).
