健康人群的血脂、血糖调查及异常因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查健康人群的血脂、血糖情况,并分析其异常影响因素。方法选取2023年1月-12月于樟树市疾病预防控制中心体检的150名健康者为研究对象,对其血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]及血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]进行检验,同时收集其体检信息及基础资料,统计研究对象的血脂、血糖异常情况,采用单、多因素Logistic回归方程分析糖脂代谢异常的相关影响因素。结果150例研究对象中,正常者共94例,占比62.67%;血脂异常者共28例(高TG血症13例、低HDL-C血症10例、高LDL-C血症3例、高TC血症2例),血糖异常者共21例,血脂异常合并血糖异常者共7例,以上均归为异常者,共56例,占比37.33%。正常者与异常者年龄、性别、BMI、腰围、受教育程度、吸烟史、每周运动时长比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=2.769,95%CI:1.216~3.452)、BMI(OR=2.635,95%CI:1.322~3.129)、腰围(OR=2.587,95%CI:1.256~2.952)、吸烟史(OR=2.132,95%CI:1.041~2.884)是人体糖脂代谢异常的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论健康人群存在较高的血脂、血糖异常发生率,其血脂异常类型以高TG血症与低HDL-C血症为主,年龄、BMI、腰围、吸烟史均是影响人体糖脂代谢的相关因素。Objective To investigate the blood lipid and blood glucose of healthy people,and to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal blood lipid and blood glucose.Methods A total of 150 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in Zhangshu Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)]and blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)]were tested.At the same time,the physical examination information and basic data were collected,and the abnormal blood lipid and blood glucose of the subjects were statistically analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression equations were used to analyze the related factors of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.Results Among the 150 subjects,94 were normal,accounting for 62.67%;there were 28 cases of dyslipidemia(13 cases of hypertriglyceridemia,10 cases of low HDL-C,3 cases of high LDL-C,2 cases of high TC),21 cases of abnormal blood glucose,and 7 cases of dyslipidemia combined with abnormal blood glucose.The above were classified as abnormal,a total of 56 cases,accounting for 37.33%.There was significant difference in age,gender,BMI,waist circumference,education level,smoking history and weekly exercise duration between normal and abnormal people(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=2.769,95%CI:1.216-3.452),BMI(OR=2.635,95%CI:1.322-3.129),waist circumference(OR=2.587,95%CI:1.256-2.952),smoking history(OR=2.132,95%CI:1.041-2.884)were independent influencing factors of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in human body(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a high incidence of dyslipidemia and abnormal blood glucose in healthy people.The types of dyslipidemia are mainly high TG and low HDL-C.Age,BMI,waist circumference and smoking history are all related factors affecting human glucose and
