面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效与美容效果观察  

Observation on the Curative Effect and Cosmetic Effect of Midface Lifting Combined with Blepharoplasty on Periorbital Skin Wrinkles

摘　　要：目的观察面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效与美容效果。方法选取2021年1月-2023年3月我院接诊的68例眶周皮肤皱纹患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组采用单纯睑袋整形术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用面中部提升术治疗。比较两组手术指标(住院时间、伤口愈合时间)、临床疗效、眶周皮肤皱纹评分、并发症发生率及美观满意度。结果观察组住院时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(82.35%)(P<0.05);两组眶周皮肤皱纹评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组美观满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(85.29%)(P<0.05)。结论面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹治疗具有良好的疗效,可提高治疗效果和患者美感满意度,减少眶周皮肤皱纹,缩短住院和伤口愈合时间,且不增加并发症,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect and cosmetic effect of midface lifting combined with blepharoplasty on periorbital skin wrinkles.Methods A total of 68 patients with periorbital skin wrinkles admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34)by random number table method.The control group was treated with simple blepharoplasty,and the observation group was treated with midface lifting on the basis of the control group.The surgical indexes(hospitalization time,wound healing time),clinical efficacy,periorbital skin wrinkle score,complication rate and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).The scores of periorbital skin wrinkles in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(85.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Midfacial lifting combined with blepharoplasty has a good effect on the treatment of periorbital skin wrinkles,which can improve the treatment effect and patients'aesthetic satisfaction,reduce periorbital skin wrinkles,shorten hospitalization and wound healing time,and do not increase complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
