摘　　要：壮医药线点灸是极具特色的壮医外治法,具有简、验、便、廉、捷等特点,临床应用广泛,疗效令人满意。不过壮医药线点灸在治疗巧坞病(脑系疾病)方面的研究比较零散,有待进一步系统归纳总结。从壮医理论和现代临床应用的角度出发,对壮医药线点灸治疗巧坞病的理论基础进行深度阐述,并对其现代临床应用情况进行总结和分析,以期为后续壮医药线点灸治疗巧坞病的研究提供更多参考依据。Zhuang medicine line moxibustion is a highly distinctive external treatment method of Zhuang medicine,which has the characteristics of simplicity,efficacy,convenience,affordability,and agility.It is widely used in clinical practice and has satisfactory therapeutic effects.However,research on the use of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion in the treatment of Qiaowu disease(a neurological disorder)is relatively scattered and requires further systematic summarization.From the perspective of Zhuang medicine theory and modern clinical application,this article deeply elaborates on the theoretical basis of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion treatment for Qiaowu disease,and summarizes and analyzes its modern clinical application,in order to provide more reference basis for the subsequent research on Zhuang medicine line moxibustion treatment for Qiaowu disease.
