从“肝脾-玄府”论治小儿湿疹经验探析

摘　　要：小儿湿疹是儿科常见的过敏性炎症疾病,“肝常有余”“脾常不足”及“玄府失调”是导致小儿湿疹发生乃至缠绵难愈的重要病机。冷丽主任医师从协调“肝脾-玄府”功能入手,通过疏利肝脏、调和脾胃、畅达玄府治疗小儿湿疹,疗效明显。总结冷丽主任医师治疗小儿湿疹的经验和思路,为小儿湿疹中医药治疗提供新的思路。Pediatric eczema is a common pediatric allergic skin inflammatory diseases,“liver often have surplus”,“spleen often insufficient”and“Xuanfu disorders”is the cause of pediatric eczema occurs and even lingering difficult to heal important The disease mechanism of pediatric eczema is important.Leng Li coordinates the function of“Liver,Spleen and Xuanfu”,and treats pediatric eczema by dredging the liver,harmonizing the spleen and stomach,and unimpeded the Xuanfu,with obvious therapeutic effect.Now,we summarize Leng Li s experience and thoughts in treating pediatric eczema,which will provide new thoughts for the TCM treatment of pediatric eczema.
