摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎为消化科常见疾病,与感染、饮食及情绪等密切相关,临床症状常不显著。受多种因素影响,慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化有癌变风险,及时发现并及早干预成为预防癌变的关键一步。田旭东主任医师从事消化道疾病诊疗工作已有30余年,对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化具有独特的诊疗思路,提出“病有三分,巧分轻中重,病有三辨,巧辨性位因,选方要专,用药应简,既病防变”,并提出中西药联合使用,并能在短期内取得可观效果。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease in gastroenterology department,which is closely related to infection,diet and emotion,and the clinical symptoms are often unremarkable.Under the influence of many factors,chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia has the risk of becoming cancerous.Timely detection and early intervention is a key step in preventing cancer.Chief physician Tian Xudong has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases for more than 30 years,and has a unique diagnosis and treatment concept for chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,which can achieve considerable results in a short period of time by using a combination of Chinese and Western medicines.
