《本草纲目》中清热药探析

摘  要:目的:梳理李时珍治疗热证类疾病的用药规律,旨在为今后临床清热药的使用和研究开发提供参考与借鉴。方法:以李时珍《本草纲目》为据,运用文献检索的方法,对其中具有清热作用的药进行筛选,对药物分布、归经、四气、五味和毒性归纳并进行统计分析。结果:筛选出231味药具有清热作用,草部、木部和菜部为主要来源,药性多为寒、平,药味以甘、苦、辛居多,主要归肝、肺、胃经,大部分药物没有毒性。结论:《本草纲目》对清热药的运用在继承的基础上具有创新的特点,以草部药物为主,善用甘味药物,巧用毒性药物,对当今临床治疗热证病系的合理选药及开展清热药的研发提供了参考依据。Objective:Sorting out the medication rules of Li Shizhen in treating heat related diseases aims to provide reference and inspiration for the future use and research and development of clinical heat clearing drugs.Methods:Based on Li Shizhen s Compendium of Materia Medica,literature search was used to screen drugs with heat clearing effects.The distribution,meridian tropism,four Qi,five flavors,and toxicity of the drugs were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results:231 herbs were selected to have a heat clearing effect,with grass,wood,and vegetables as the main sources.Their medicinal properties are mostly cold and mild,with sweet,bitter,and spicy flavors being the most common.They mainly belong to the liver,lung,and stomach meridians,and most of the herbs are non-toxic.Conclusion:The Compendium of Materia Medica has innovative characteristics in the application of heat clearing drugs based on inheritance,mainly using herbal medicines,making good use of sweet tasting drugs,and skillfully using toxic drugs.It provides a reference for the rational selection of drugs and the development of heat clearing drugs for the clinical treatment of heat syndrome diseases today.
