基于“扶正化瘀解毒”探讨复肝宝丸对乙型肝炎肝纤维化治疗作用

摘　　要：肝纤维化病理机制复杂,目前尚无特异有效的抗肝纤维化化学药物与生物制剂,中医药诊治乙型肝炎肝纤维化有重要作用。枣庄市中医医院吕兰凯主任医师结合多年诊疗经验认为“湿热疫毒”与“正虚血瘀”是乙型肝炎肝纤维化的主要病因病机,在扶正化瘀治法的基础上,兼顾凉血解毒、软坚散结之法。形成“扶正化瘀解毒”治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化,研制出具有保肝降酶及抗肝纤维化作用的医院自制剂复肝宝丸。因此,基于“扶正化瘀解毒”探讨复肝宝丸对乙型肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用与临床意义。The pathological mechanism of liver fibrosis is complex,so far,there are no specific and effective chemical drugs and biological agents against liver fibrosis,Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Lu Lankai chief physician of Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine,combined with his years of diagnosis and treatment experience,believed that“Shire Yidu”and“Zhengxu Xueyu”were the main causes and pathogenesis of hepatitis B liver fibrosis,on the basis of Fuzheng Huayu treatment,taking into account the method of Liangxue Jiedu and Ruanjian Sanjie.He formed“Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu”to treat hepatitis B liver fibrosis and developed Fugan Bao pill,a hospital preparation with the effects of protecting liver and reducing liver enzymes,and anti-liver fibrosis.Therefore,based on the Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu method to explore the therapeutic effect and significance of Fugan bao pill on hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
