摘　　要：蔡宝昌教授是国内著名的中药炮制学专家,曾获得迄今为止中药炮制领域唯一的国家科技进步奖。通过追本溯源,从深入开展中药炮制理论和减毒增效机理研究;建标立规,创新构建优质饮片全程可追溯质量控制体系;系统集成,自主研发创制智能化中药饮片加工炮制设备;产研协同,创新模式带动中药饮片与大健康产业发展;铸魂育人,大力开展创新创业教育,培养中药炮制技术传承人五个方面,探究蔡宝昌教授学术思想、科研思路和产业战略,以期对蔡宝昌教授40余年中药炮制学教学、科研、产业历程进行梳理总结,以继承和发扬蔡宝昌教授的学术思想和敬业精神,为中药饮片行业发展和中医药研究提供借鉴和参考。Comprehensively sort out Professor Cai Baochang s 40 years of teaching,scientific research and industrialization of Chinese medicine processing,systematically summarize the teacher s exploration of the origin,and deeply carry out research on the theory of Chinese medicine processing and the mechanism of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency;Establish standards and regulations,innovate and build a whole process traceable quality control system for high-quality decoction pieces;System integration,independent R&D and creation of intelligent processing equipment for Chinese herbal pieces;Cooperation between production and research,and innovation model to drive the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and big health industry.It aims to cultivate people through innovation and entrepreneurship education,and vigorously cultivate academic ideas,scientific research ideas and industrial strategies such as inheritors of TCM processing technology.It is hoped that Professor Cai Baochang can sort out and summarize the teaching,academic and industrial history of TCM processing for more than 40 years,so as to inherit and carry forward the academic ideas and industrial spirit of Professor Cai Baochang,and provide reference for the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry and Chinese medicine scholars.
