摘  要:文章通过简单回顾彩钢瓦屋面光伏的发展现状和安装方式,对现有彩钢瓦屋面光伏工程中广泛使用的普通梯形节点、导轨和一体化梯形节点进行抗拉试验,介绍试验的加载方式和测试方法,得到节点破坏模式、极限承载力、刚度等性能。本研究表明:普通梯形节点、导轨和一体化梯形节点受拉均发生螺栓脱出破坏,但其破坏发展过程各不相同。基于试验结果,对梯形节点在实际工程中的选用依据和适用性做出了基本评价。This study briefly reviews the development status and installation mode of solar photovoltaic stand on lightweight steel roof,and conducts tensile tests on common trapezoidal nodes,rails and integrated trapezoidal nodes widely used in existing solar photovoltaic stand.The experiment design and test method were also introduced obtains the node damage mode,ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and other properties.This study shows that the bolt dislodgement damage occurs in tension for common trapezoidal node,guideway and integrated trapezoidal node,but the damage development process is different.Based on the test results,recommendations are made for the selection of common trapezoidal node and integrated trapezoidal nodes in practical engineering,and a basic evaluation of applicability is made.
