浅谈山地风电总承包项目质量策划管理

摘　　要：工程总承包项目在质量策划管理方面存在诸多问题,对质量策划管理重视程度不足、质量策划流于形式等问题较为突出。本文针对山地风电项目质量策划管理的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出重视质量策划输入、加强质量风险管控、建立质量管理制度等管控要点,并提出质量策划书模板,对山地风电总承包项目质量策划管理的关注点及具体方法进行探讨。There are many problems in the quality planning and management of engineering general contracting projects,such as insufficient attention to quality planning and management,and quality planning becoming a formality.This article is based on the current situation of quality planning and management in mountainous wind power projects,analyzes the existing problems,proposes key control points such as attaching importance to quality planning input,strengthening quality risk control,and establishing quality management systems,and proposes a quality planning document template to explore the focus and specific methods of quality planning and management in mountainous wind power general contracting projects.
