安徽省县域耕地利用效率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：为提高安徽省总体耕地利用效率,对安徽省61个县域耕地利用效率值及影响因素进行分析研究。通过数据包络分析模型(DEA)构建耕地利用效率评价指标,测算2000-2020年安徽省61个县域的耕地利用效率水平,利用空间统计模型分析安徽省61个县域耕地利用综合效率时空格局的变化特征,通过Tobit回归模型探讨了安徽省县域耕地利用效率变化的主要影响因素。结果表明安徽省县域耕地利用效率值变化范围很小,2000-2020年安徽省耕地利用综合效率的平均值为0.759,耕地利用综合效率处于中等水平。从总体来说,2000年以来安徽省耕地利用效率在空间上分布格局相对稳定,没有大范围的变化;从局部来看,安徽省县域耕地利用效率呈现显著的空间差异分布格局,主要体现为冷热点存在集聚性的空间极化现象。通过Tobit模型分析得出,乡村从业人员数和农村劳动力人均播种面积对安徽省县域耕地利用效率有显著的积极影响,耕地复种指数和单位面积农业机械总动力对耕地利用效率有消极作用,其中农村劳动力人均播种面积为主要影响因素。说明目前安徽省耕地利用效率处于中等水平,且区域差异明显,针对各区域进行探讨可有效提高安徽省耕地利用效率。In order to improve the overall utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Anhui Province,the utilization efficiency and influencing factors of cultivated land in 61 counties of Anhui Province were analyzed.Based on the data envelopment analysis model(DEA),the evaluation index of cultivated land use efficiency was constructed,and the cultivated land use efficiency level of 61 counties in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2020 was calculated.The spatial statistical model was used to analyze the spatial and temporal pattern of cultivated land use efficiency in 61 counties in Anhui Province.The main influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency change in Anhui Province were discussed using Tobit regression model.The results show that the change range of cultivated land use efficiency in Anhui Province is very small.The average value of cultivated land use efficiency in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2020 is 0.759,and the comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land use is at a medium level.In general,since 2000,the spatial distribution pattern of cultivated land use efficiency in Anhui Province has been relatively stable,with no large-scale changes;from a local point of view,the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in counties of Anhui Province shows a significant spatial difference distribution pattern,which is mainly reflected in the spatial polarization of cold and hot spots.Through the Tobit model analysis,it is concluded that the number of rural employees and the per capita sown area of rural labor force have a significant positive impact on the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in counties of Anhui Province.The multiple cropping index of cultivated land and the total power of agricultural machinery per unit area have a negative effect on the utilization efficiency of cultivated land,and the per capita sown area of rural labor force is the main influencing factor.It shows that the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Anhui Province is at a medium level,and the regional differences are obvio
