摘  要:综述数码印花设备的研发进展、优缺点及其对图案质量的影响,旨在为数码印花工艺革新提供理论支持。研究指出,数码印花喷墨过程受印刷环境、印刷头及油墨品质等多重因素影响,导致设备投资与油墨成本高。与传统印花结合时,因织物组织结构、厚度、尺寸及纱线差异,需频繁调试色彩,限制了数码印花规模化应用。对比分析显示,数码直喷印花工艺简单、成本低、手感佳。随着工艺革新,转印纸、墨水纸等耗材已实现产业化,能印制1670万种颜色,分辨率达1440dpi,市场应用前景广阔。The research progress,advantages,and disadvantages of digital printing equipment and its influence on pattern quality were reviewed to provide theoretical support for process innovation in digital printing.It was emphasized that the inkjet process in dig-ital printing was influenced by various factors such as the printing environment,printing head,and ink quality,resulting in significant investment in equipment and ink costs.When combined with traditional printing methods,the scale application of digital printing was limited because of frequent color adjustments on account of differences in fabric structure,thickness,size,and yarn type.Comparative analysis is demonstrated that the digital direct injection printing process is simple,low-cost,and has good hand feeling.The market application prospect is broad which the process innovation,transfer paper,ink paper and other consumables have been industrialized that can print 16.7 million colors,resolution up to 1440 dpi.
