摘　　要：实际上,都市圈是一个起源于美国城市经济地理学概念,一般以一个或两个超特大城市作为地区经济核心,借助现代化交通工具、综合运输网和高度发达信息网络,让城市个体间发生内在联系,构成相对完整的城市“集合体”。2021年国家首次写入五年发展规划(“十四五”规划),在2035年远景目标纲要中强调,要以高质量发展为核心,发展壮大都市圈,科学规划布局城市绿环绿廊绿楔,增加绿化节点和公共开放空间。2024年4月1日,自然资源部发布的《都市圈国土空间规划编制规程》指出,蓝绿空间网络与生态保护修复等是规划编制的要点之一。In fact,the metropolitan area is a concept of urban economic geography originated in the United States,which generally takes one or two mega-cities as the core of the regional economy.With the help of modern transportation,comprehensive transportation network and highly developed information network,the cities are intrinsicaly linked to each other,consttuting a relatively complete urban"aggregate".In 2021,our country for the first time included it in the five-year development plan(14th Five-Year Plan),emphasizing in the 2035 Vision Outine that high-quality development should be the core,developing and strengthening metropolitan areas,scientfically planning and laying out urban green rings,green corridors,and green wedges,increasing green nodes and public open spaces.On April 1,2024,the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the Regulations for the Preparation of Territorial Spatial Planning for Metropolitan Areas,pointing out that the blue-green space network and ecological protection and restoration,among other things,are one of the key points of planning.
