摘　　要：目的:基于德尔菲法和专家论证制定以流派学术思想为基础的《海派中医特色优势病种儿童腺样体肥大中医临床诊疗专家共识》。方法:早期以文献检索和海派“徐氏儿科”治疗儿童腺样体肥大经验制定德尔菲法问卷,将问卷以电子邮件形式对36位长三角地区有关专家进行两轮调研,规定时限内回收并分析,形成相关共识初稿并对其进行多轮专家论证及审查。结果:最终形成《海派中医特色优势病种儿童腺样体肥大中医临床诊疗专家共识》并发布。结论:以德尔菲法结合专家论证可以高效地形成科学、实用、公平的《海派中医特色优势病种儿童腺样体肥大中医临床诊疗专家共识》,为临床基层使用提供实践依据。Objective:To formulate the expert consensus of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment for pediatric adenoid hypertrophy based on Delphi method and expert argumentation.Methods:The Delphi method questionnaire was developed based on the literature search and the experience of Shanghai School "Xu's Pediatrics" in the treatment of children with adenoid hyperplasia.Two rounds of investigation were conducted on 36 relevant experts in the Yangtze River Delta region with the questionnaire in the form of E-mail.The draft of relevant consensus was collected and analyzed within the prescribed time limit,and multiple rounds of expert evaluation and review were conducted.Results:The Expert Consensus of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment for Pediatric Adenoid Hypertrophy with Shanghai Characteristics based on Delphi method was finally formed and released.Conclusion:A scientific,practical and fair "expert consensus" can be effectively formed by Delphi method combined with expert demonstration,which provides practical basis for clinical use at the grassroots level.
