中医药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗类风湿关节炎四肢关节破坏的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为特征的自身免疫性疾病,患者易出现四肢关节破坏,故致残率高。通过阐述核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路在RA四肢关节破坏中的关键作用,对中医药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗RA四肢关节破坏的机制及研究现状进行综述,以期为RA的临床治疗及进一步研究提供新的参考。中医药可通过调控NF-κB信号通路,抑制滑膜炎症反应及滑膜组织增殖,促进成纤维样滑膜细胞凋亡,降低基质金属蛋白酶的表达,从而抑制破骨细胞活化及减少软骨及骨质破坏,从多个环节抗RA四肢关节破坏。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by aggressive arthritis,and patients are prone to the destruction of limbs and joints,so the disability rate is high.This paper describes the key role of NF-κB signaling pathway in the destruction of RA limbs,and reviews the mechanism and current research status of Chinese medicine regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway in the treatment of RA limbs,in order to provide a new reference for the clinical treatment and further research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of RA limbs.Traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit synovial inflammation and synovial tissue proliferation by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway,promote the apoptosis of fibroblast-like synovial cells,reduce the expression of matrix metalloproteinases to inhibit osteoclast activation and reduce cartilage and bone destruction,and prevent the destruction of limbs and joints of RA from multiple links.
