摘 要:目的:了解国内外儿童食物过敏流行情况及预后结局对儿童生长发育的影响。方法:从中国知网、万方、PubMed等数据库检索相关文献,提取儿童食物过敏的相关信息,进行归纳汇总。结果:综述了国内外儿童食物过敏流行情况、主要致敏食物及多重食物流行情况及其预后结局。结论:不同年龄不同诊断方式报告的儿童食物过敏患病率不同。牛奶、鸡蛋是儿童最主要致敏食物。牛奶和鸡蛋耐受形成较早,多重食物过敏以及花生、坚果、海鲜等引起患儿持续过敏或并发症更值得关注。【Objective】To understand the prevalence of food allergy in children at home and abroad,and the impact of prognostic outcomes on children's growth and development.【Method】Relevant literature was searched from China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,PubMed and other databases to extract relevant information on food allergy in children and summarize it.【Result】The prevalence of food allergy in children at home and abroad,the prevalence of major allergenic foods and multiple foods and their prognostic outcomes were summarized.【Conclusion】The prevalence of food allergy in children reported by different diagnostic modalities at different ages varied.Cow's milk and egg were the most important allergenic foods in children.Cow's milk and egg tolerance develops earlier,and multiple food allergies and peanuts,nuts,and seafood are of greater concern in children with persistent allergies or complications.
