摘 要:随着国防装备技术的全面发展,高超声速导弹的马赫数不断提高,导弹天线罩必须同时具备突出的力学性能、稳定的高频介电性能及耐高温抗烧蚀等性能才可以满足更加严苛的使用条件。与陶瓷透波材料相比,纤维增强陶瓷基透波材料的强度和韧性得到了明显的改善。陶瓷纤维不仅是提高天线罩强度的关键材料,而且与天线罩整体的环境适应温度也存在着密切的联系。通过聚焦透波材料及纤维增强陶瓷基透波材料的研究进展,主要综述了目前常见的陶瓷材料基体(氧化物陶瓷、氮化物陶瓷)、氧化物纤维增强体(包括石英纤维、氧化铝纤维、莫来石纤维、铝硅酸盐纤维)、氮化物纤维增强体(氮化硼纤维、氮化硅纤维)及纤维增强陶瓷基透波材料的研究现状,以期为后续纤维增强陶瓷基透波材料的研究提供参考。With the comprehensive development of national defense equipment technology,the Mach number of hypersonic missiles continues to increase,and the missile radome must have outstanding mechanical properties,stable high frequency dielectric properties,high temperature resistance and ablation resistance to meet more stringent operating conditions.Compared with ceramic wave-passing materials,the strength and toughness of fiber reinforced ceramic based wave-passing materials have been significantly improved.Ceramic fiber is not only the key material to improve the strength of the radome,but also has a close relationship with the overall working temperature of the radome.This paper focuses on the research progress of wave-transmitting materials and fiber reinforced ceramic based wave-transmitting materials.The research status of common ceramic material substrates(oxide ceramics,nitride ceramics),oxide fibers reinforcement(including quartz fibers,alumina fibers,mullite fibers,aluminosilicate fibers),nitride fibers reinforcement(boron nitride fibers,silicon nitride fibers)and fiber reinforced ceramic based wave-transmitting materials were reviewed.In order to provide reference for the subsequent development of fiber reinforced ceramic based wave-transmitting materials.
