摘 要:采用ZnO+MgO+Al_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2)配方体系,制备了氧化锌线性电阻。通过改变氧化锌瓷料粉末的煅烧条件以及瓷体的烧结温度,详细研究氧化锌陶瓷线性电阻的温度系数和电阻率变化规律。实验数据显示,当氧化锌煅烧温度为1000℃、瓷体烧结温度为1240℃时,电阻片的电阻率为1165Ω·cm。同时,在不同瓷体烧结温度下得到了不同电阻率的电阻片,当测试温度为100℃时,氧化锌线性电阻的温度系数随着电阻率增大呈现先升后降的趋势。此外,瓷料粉末中主原料氧化锌经煅烧处理后,其线性电阻的温度系数较低。其中,当氧化锌煅烧温度为800℃、瓷体烧结温度为1240℃时,电阻片的温度系数最低,达到520 ppm·℃^(-1)。With the system of ZnO+MgO+Al_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2),zinc oxide(ZnO)linear resistors were prepared.The effects of calcination conditions of the ZnO ceramic powder and sintering temperature of the ceramic body on temperature coefficient and resistivity of the ZnO ceramic linear resistors were studied.When the ZnO powder was calcined at 1000℃and the ceramic body was sintered at 1240℃,the resistivity of the resistor reached 1165Ω·cm.Additionally,at a testing temperature of 100℃,the temperature coefficient of the ZnO linear resistors initially increased and then decreased with increasing resistivity.Moreover,the primary raw material ZnO in the ceramic powder,after calcination,resulted in a lower temperature coefficient of linear resistance.Specifically,when the ZnO was calcined at 800℃and the ceramic body was sintered at 1240℃,temperature coefficient of the resistors achieved the lowest value at 520 ppm·℃^(-1).
