摘 要:为分析研究某型涡轮轴发动机附件传动装置中的燃油泵齿轮在飞行过程中偶发性断裂的故障情况,文章采用硬度分析、金相检测等多种理化分析手段,辅以ANSYS软件进行燃油泵齿轮工作状态的受力和振动模态分析。结合附件传动装置齿轮传动工作受力状态的机理分析,进一步验证失效分析及检测结果。找出燃油泵齿轮偶发性断裂故障的根本原因,迅速定位异常因素。此外,针对外场及厂内不同工作环境的发动机开展样本结果的普查工作,验证了所采取措施的实质有效性。In order to analyze and study the intermittent failure of fuel pump gear in a certain type of turbine engine accessory drive mechanism duringflight,the article uses various physical and chemical analysis methods such as hardness analysis and metallographic testing,supplemented by ANSYS software to simulate the stress and vibration of the fuel pump gear working state.Combined with the mechanism analysis of the gear transmission working state of the accessory transmission device,the failure analysis and detection results are further verified to identify the root cause of the occasional fracture fault of the fuel pump gear and quickly locate the abnormal factors.In addition,a census of sample results is conducted for engines operating in different environments,both on thefield and in the factory,to verify the effectiveness of the implemented measures.
