摘　　要：缓解性血清阴性对称性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水肿综合征(RS3PE)是一种罕见的血清阴性关节滑膜炎性疾病,发热是其少见症状,国内罕见以发热为首发临床表现的RS3PE综合征的病例报道。本文报道1例以发热为首发症状并通过系统的发热查因诊断为RS3PE综合征的患者。Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema(RS3PE)syndrome is a rare seronegative synovial inflammatory disease in which fever is a rare symptom.There are few case reports of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first clinical manifestation in China.In this paper,we report a case of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first symptom and diagnosed by systematic fever investigation.
