摘　　要：以福州滨海新城输配环项目为例,阐述了该项目设计原则,提出本项目的特点,对本项目设计过程中应该关注重点和难点问题进行分析并且提出相应设计解决方案。综合考虑建筑的规模和功能、引入先进技术与系统集成、优化建筑环境与提升用户体验、考虑可持续发展与节能环保、考虑建筑生命周期管理。Taking Fuzhou Binhai New Town Transmission and Distribution Ring Project as an example,the design principles of the project are expounded,the characteristics of the project are proposed,the key and difficult problems that should be paid attention to in the design process of the project are analyzed,and the corresponding design solutions are proposed.Comprehensively consider the scale and function of the building,introduce advanced technology and system integration,optimize the built environment and enhance user experience,consider sustainable development,energy conservation and environmental protection,and consider building life cycle management.
