摘　　要：文章论述了当下标准厂房设计趋势,包括智能化、环保、定制化等需求,重点强调了节地和节能的重要性。以永春县农产品集中加工区一期工程为例,剖析其设计原则、难点,详细阐述了案例工程的节地方案设计优化措施,如优化停车场布局、提升出入口安全性、防灾规划及处理坡地内部高差,总结了在实现绿色环保、节能高效、安全实用等方面的成果。The article discusses the current trend of standard plant design,including the needs of intelligence,environmental protection,customization,etc.,and emphasizes the importance of land saving and energy saving.This paper discusses the design of land-saving scheme of sloping plant under the evaluation standard of green building,and takes the first phase of Yongchun County Agricultural Products Centralized Processing Zone as an example to analyze its design principles and difficulties.This paper elaborates on the optimization measures of the land-saving scheme design of the case project,such as optimizing the layout of the parking lot,improving the safety of the entrances and exits,planning for disaster prevention and dealing with the internal height difference of the slope,and summarizes the achievements in realizing green environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency,safety and practicality.
