摘　　要：文章对我国山地类住宅小区的建筑规划设计策略进行了综合分析,研究表明,山地住宅小区相比普通区域具有显著的自然环境优势;然而,其设计规划过程更为复杂,需充分考虑地形等自然因素的影响。文章强调,在规划山地住宅小区时,应结合当地地形地貌、基础环境特征,优化建筑设计,以实现优质的居住效果,同时降低成本、增强环保效益,并促进可持续发展。This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the architectural planning and design strategies of mountainous residential communities in China,and the results show that mountainous residential communities have significant natural environmental advantages compared with ordinary areas.However,the design and planning process is more complex,and the influence of natural factors such as topography needs to be fully considered.The article emphasizes that when planning mountain residential communities,the architectural design should be optimized in combination with the local topography and basic environmental characteristics to achieve high-quality living results,reduce costs,enhance environmental benefits,and promote sustainable development.
