摘 要:以废杂铜为原料生产高品质再生黄铜合金时,富Fe相以硬质颗粒偏析,影响黄铜铸锭的加工性能。为了提高成材率,采用La-B-Ti复合添加剂来改善高Fe黄铜铸锭的组织。通过热力学模拟计算分析了La-B-Ti对Cu-ZnPb-Fe体系组织的影响,并对添加不同质量分数复合添加剂的黄铜铸锭的微观组织、硬度和电导率进行了实验研究。结果表明,La易与Pb结合形成化合物,Ti易与Fe结合形成化合物。复合添加剂可以抑制富Fe相和Pb相的聚集析出,同时具有细化α相的作用。此外,La-B-Ti改变了Cu-Zn-Pb-Fe体系的晶界数量和析出相形态。当复合添加剂的添加量为高Fe废杂铜质量的0.25%时,再生黄铜铸锭的硬度最高(181 HV),电导率较大(11.85%IACS)。本研究为回收高Fe废杂铜再生黄铜铸锭提供了新思路。In the production of high-quality regenerated brass alloys from scrap copper,Fe-rich phase segregates in the form of hard particles,affecting the machining performance of brass ingots.To improve the material yield ratio,La-B-Ti composite additive was used to improve the microstructure of brass ingots with high Fe content.By thermodynamic simulation and calculation,the effect of La-B-Ti on the microstructure of Cu-Zn-Pb-Fe system was analyzed,and the microstructure,hardness and electrical conductivity of brass ingots with different mass fractions of composite additive were experimentally investigated.The results show that La easily combines with Pb to form compounds,and Ti easily combines with Fe to form compounds.The composite additive can inhibit the aggregation and precipitation of Fe-rich phase and Pb phase,and refineαphase at the same time.In addition,La-B-Ti changes the number of grain boundaries and the morphology of precipitated phases in the Cu-Zn-Pb-Fe system.When the addition of the composite additive is 0.25%of the mass of high-Fe scrap copper,the regenerated brass ingot shows the highest hardness(181 HV)and relatively high electrical conductivity(11.85%IACS).This study provides a new idea to recover high-Fe scrap copper to regenerate brass ingots.
