摘　　要：目的采用探索性因子分析构建公立医院学生党员干部的胜任力模型。方法利用文献研究和专家小组讨论确定公立医院学生党员干部胜任力特征指标,对210名医学生进行问卷调查,采用探索性因子分析方法对胜任力模型进行构建。结果公立医院学生党员干部胜任力模型包括个性素质、能力特征、亲和力导向、服务导向4个维度、42个指标。结论为选拔、培养和评价具备高胜任力水平的公立医院学生党员干部提供科学依据。Objective To construct the competency model of student party member cadres in public hospitals by exploratory factor analysis.Methods Literature review and expert group discussion were used to determine the competency characteristics of student party member cadres in public hospitals.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 210 medical students,and exploratory factor analysis was used to construct the competency model.Results The competency model of student party member cadres in public hospitals includes four dimensions,personality quality,ability characteristics,affinity orientation and service orientation,and 42 indicators.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for selecting,training and evaluating student party member cadres with high level of competence in public hospitals.
