摘　　要：总结熊磊教授运用疮疡火毒论辨治小儿复发性口腔溃疡经验。“疮疡之症,皆火毒症也”,基于疮疡火毒论,熊磊教授认为小儿复发性口腔溃疡多因“火、毒”所致,与五脏有关,有寒热虚实之分。本文基于中医脏腑经络理论,阐释熊磊教授临证应用“疮疡火毒论”从脏腑分治儿童复发性口腔溃疡经验,并探析芳香中药在本病中的具体应用。附验案一则,以资验证。This article summarises Professor Xiong Lei's experience in treating recurrent oral ulcers in children by applying the theory of fire and toxicity in sores and ulcers.Based on the theory of fire and toxicity in ulcers,professor Xiong Lei believes that recurrent oral ulcers in children are mostly caused by fire and toxicity,which are related to the five viscera,and there is a difference between cold and heat,and there is a difference between real and imaginary.Based on the theory of Chinese medicine organs and meridians,this paper explains professor Xiong Lei's experience in applying the"fire and toxin theory of sores"to treat children's recurrent oral ulcers from the organs,and explores the specific application of aromatic herbs in this disease.A case is attached for verification.
