摘  要:通过参加矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌(定性)能力验证计划,拓展检验方法,延伸检验思路,提高铜绿假单胞菌检验准确率。按照矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌能力验证作业指导书和《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB 8538—2022),通过常规生化鉴定、VITEK2全自动微生物鉴定系统、特定基因片段测序3种方法对能力验证23-E4799和23-D8535这2个样品进行铜绿假单胞菌的检验。编号23-D8535样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,编号23-E4799未检出铜绿假单胞菌。3种检验方法结果一致,能力验证结果满意,证明实验室具备检测矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌的能力。Through participating the proficiency testing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa qualitative in mineral water,expanded the test method and extended the test idea to improve the accuracy of Pseudomonas aeruginosa testing.Samples were diluted according to the proficiency testing guidance and National Food Safety Standard-Test method for dringking natural mineral water(GB 8538—2022),two samples(23-E4799 and 23-D8535)were tested for Pseudomonas aeruginosa by routine biochemical identification,VITEK2 automatic microbial identification system and specific gene sequencing.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in sample 23-D8535,while no 23-D8535 was detected in sample 23-E4799.The results of the three methods were consistent,and the results were satisfactory,which proved that the laboratory had the ability to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water.
